Based on the discussion that occurred at Shallow Lakes Forum III, participants created, edited, and requested the Forum to forward a resolution that addresses the relationship among agricultural production, federal farm policy, and dedicated funding for Minnesota water quality. The Resolution is attached to the right - the Forum Board encourages you to modify the Resolution to express your, or your organization's thoughts about these topics - and then to send the resolution on to your state and federal legislators.

On April 6, 2006 at Shallow Lakes Forum III, the Resolution recieved overwhelming support by the 267 participants.  The Shallow Lakes Forum provides this resolution on behalf of the registered particpants of our 2006 conference.  The Forum encourages you to send this resolution to other legislators that might be interested - after all, they all need to know how we feel about these issues.
